CUSTOM WORKFLOWS
automatics offers numerous workflows that can be used immediately for the end-to-end automation of your SAP Basis operation. Of course, requirements differ from customer to customer and we are aware that in every SAP landscape and in every operating model there are tasks and processes that have to be designed individually (OS patching, cloud operations or stopping/starting services outside of your SAP -System) to consider. With its custom workflow engine, automatics creates new opportunities to quickly and easily integrate a wide variety of tasks into the processes of SAP Basis operations.

Use the usual intuitive and modern web interface for creating and managing scripts and workflows, as well as all other core functions, such as the central configuration of workflow operations, audit logging, the reporting engine and much more.

Custom workflows do not have to be completely rebuilt. All automatics tasks that are used in the automatics workflows are also available to you without restriction in the custom workflows. You only deal with the few deviations from the standard process and thus design extended processes in a few hours and integrate every task that you need in automatics.

It doesn't matter whether it's individually developed and designed workflows or the automatics standard operations, they operate and use automatics in the same way. All custom workflows can be found in the automation dashboard and the execution overview.

In addition, automatics provides you with tasks such as patching Linux operating systems (SLES, RHEL) as templates.
